I know you all have heard enough about the getboards problems, but im pissed and annoyed. So I ordered a bunch of clothes off the site last friday, paid for the express shipping, and expected to get my clothes by Tuesday at the latest. So it's Thursday night and still no clothes. I've sent constant emails, and I just recently got one back tonight and it said "Didn't you get my email saying I couldnt ship the clothes out until tomorrow?" Seriously, what the fuck. Its not the fact that I have to wait over a week for my shit to come in, its that they didnt fucking inform me of anything. Next time im just buying shit off Jibij, they look and seem so much more reliable.

Next time, Jibij for sure. When I ordered a shirt from Getboards, not only did it take WAY longer than advertised to get to my doorstep, but they sent me the wrong goddamn shirt! Although they did right the problem, I still have no plans on ordering from them again.

i hated get boards and got ripped off by them for a shirt i ordered.  but then i bought deadbolt 816's from them for 99 US dollars.  now i like them

I've heard both good and bad issues regarding getboards. I still dont know what I think of them.

They are pretty unorganized when it comes to their site and communication. So it seems like a lot of mistakes can happen. Last spring, I ordered a few tees and they put down a different shirt than the one I put in the basket. When they emailed me confirmation, I had to make sure if they had it wrong, and surely it was wrong. But I'm happy, I got good deals, and everything came out okay.

This post might of came out hard to understand

longboard took two months to get here and my bindings took two days. same shipping method.

check out their profile on the better business bureau website. They get a F rating.

They are horrible.  If it doesn't get resolved, try having someone thru the BBB contact them and try and work it out.  even when officially contacted by the BBB about issues, I am pretty sure they ignored them 50% of the time.

Yeah, they suck
