Is there a mounting point on the ski? like a line in the center or something like that? So that any store can mount them? Or doesn't it matter if there is a mounting point or not when the store is mounting them? (not where i bought them)
ya when i got mine i thought it was strange that they didnt have any
but i just got my true center(measuer from tip to tail and in the very midle is the mounting point) and if u dont want them dead center then move them back how ever much you want
but the store prolly knows how to do it
there should be a line that says center. and another that says freeride. i know they are like that on the red and white versions, and the mountain scape versions.
If you can see any mountinglines here, then i would recommend you to go to a doctor.
And this is the 06/07 msp 181. the one with the winter mountain pic on.
you go to the doctor. there's a little white line right beside the suggested drill bit size. it's a little hash mark. i just measured the lines on my supermodels (same damn ski) and the center line on my skis is exactly 4 cm up from the suggested point, which would be the same as that little white hashmark on your skis. you're welcome.
well that means they misprinted it. in which case, you can send them back and wait a million years for new skis, or measure out center and mount accordingly (a few back if you desire, or right on the center mark). not so bad.
