Are the center markers (center, -1, -2) on the Surface watch life skis legit? I mean if I mount the binding at "center" will it be a properly center mounted ski and the "-1" marker would be 1 cm behind dead center?
I'm asking because some brands put a "center" marker at some gay recommended position which is always too far backwards. I had my AR5's at 1 cm behind dead center for 2 seasons and I loved it. I want my Surfaces to be mounted more or less the same. So I'm thinking of mounting them anywhere between the "center" marker and the "-1" marker.
They are a park ski, I have powder skis, so I want them well centered.
