i been there before. it was the beatest couple of trails ever. they had like no park stuff. it was beat. im sorry that you have to ski there man. i feel your pain.

yes it does suck


but this season may be a turn around for the park, we are under new owners and they are expanding the hill with new lifs and trails in the next couple years and they are also bring in someone to desing, build, and maintain a new park..im hoping its sick and for all you that drive the extra distance to holiday like me maybe check it out ill update before the season starts

I'm the guy who plans to add a TON of  features from here on out.  Yes, we're vertically challenged so that's why we're gonna "bring it!"

New for next season:
2 million in snowmaking improvements so that we can blow for the pipe and park ASAP.
10 new 1000 watt lights to be added for the three parks:

180 Progression Park
4” x 12’ Flat Rail 8” off the snow
18” x 16’ Box 8” off the snow
4” x 20’ Flat Rail 20” off the snow
18” x 20’ Box 20” off the snow
8” x 8’ Rainbow Rail

360 Park
Up-drop,flat down box
8” x 24’ Rainbow Rail
18’ Step-down Tabletop
18” x 16’ C-box
8” x 24’ Rainbow Booter Rail

540 Park
4” x 19’ Battleship Rail
24’ Step-down Tabletop
18” x 16’ C-box
Flat down Box
8’ x 400’ Halfpipe featuring a new Zaugg Pipe Cutter
10’ Quarterpipe

the longest rail i'm seeing there is 24 feet, correct? make stuff longer than that. for the battleship box, go at least 30 feet, if not more. blue's is 45, and sizewise, its awesome.

OK on the boxes, we can make the flat down a huge one because we haven't built it yet. Get specific, send me sketches via the net or drop em' off at the Peak.

I have to wait and see with the terrain for the booters.  It's all about being able to get enough speed and being able to see the run out.  So I figured at least one good size one below each of the steeper headwalls.  We can put smaller jump features like spines, hips, and butter boxes through out the two upper parks.

I won't stop making stuff till every available spot has a feature.

Wow. Looks pretty decent.

I'm from up by Buffalo, and I usually ride either KB or Holiday, but it's nice to hear a "local" place is making a push.

However, 25' jump is pretty small. Try to go bigger than that for sure.
