how do you get to chad's from the bottom of alta?

january 8th - 15th ish me and a few friends are gonna be out in alta. need to know how to get to chads gap from alta base, or whether or not its possible to ski to it.

Hilarious thread, huge props for hitting it, just wondering how long did you sit at the top of the inrun (whoever went first) or did you just drop in before you had a chance to think about it? Would be so scary going super-g speed off a ramp like that on park/twin-tips.

I hit it first. I wasnt really thinking when i dropped in. i just did it and went for it. I was a bit scared when the pros on pyramid all ran to the top of the jump to watch what they thought would be a disaster. But in the end, it all worked out for all of us.

dude your a dumb ass. say you travel to say, the swiss alps and your doing some decent backcountry and you and your friends decide to build a really nice booter that will make the trip worth it. you decide to represent and go first. your in run is perfect so you have plenty of speed and how go huge off of the jump you spent a 1.5 days on. then as you look down to spot the landing you sotice that the locals have shoveled/salted all the snow away and there is no way your air will carry to more snow. now, you in the hospital for 6 months and your body is broken. you will never be able to ski/snowboard again, let alone hit that kinda stuff. so i think that you and anyone else that feels like they owns somthing like this, though they dont.so, you should back the fuck off and let this kid try it. or even if he doesnt, you shouldnt give him shit.

I think I called it about Creed and his friends about four pages in.
