Not sure if this is a repost, but they showed his crash... renaming him Talon Manning and saying that he was on vacation.

"Chad’s gap Utah: Amateur ski bum Talon Manning and hisfriends are on their first trip to this remote region of the Rockies. They plan to make it an annual event,but plans can change.
Talon and his crew get there early and construct a snow rampthat would do the ancient Egyptians proud. This snow junkie’s no pro, but he has played a lot of wintersports video games, so he’s pretty confident in his moves.
He tries out a trick he’s done a thousand times…from thecomfort of his couch.
He finds out it’s not as easy as it looks. Luckily, everyone on the mountain thatmorning has a camera…all aimed at Talon. So maybe it’s not too lucky for him. Talon breaks both his ankles, resulting in a conditioncalled skier’s ankles, or, “skankles.”
Talons ski career is cut short, but as an avid video gameplayer he’s lucky to retain full use of his thumbs"
