At the end of 2019, I decided to take a 3 month trip out to Breckenridge, Colorado to see old friends and enjoy some skiing in my favourite mountain town. I soon linked up with the crew and family from AMR Ski and Board Shop, being around them and getting to know them as a crew, shop staff and as individuals I was inspired to tell their full story unfiltered and uncensored.
The AMR Story is about a group of guys who work together at a privately owned ski shop in Breckenridge, Colorado. Living each day of a winter season as ski bums, and staying true to the shops driving philosophy of 'getting people stoked on skiing'. This is their story of how this small shop has gained so much respect and repeat customers after been in business for over 30 years, in a world of corporate giants controlling the ski industry, The AMR Story shows why it is important to know where we came from, and what makes skiing so special.
