In May of 2011, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I?ve learned that the best way to manage these disorders is by connecting with peers. Newschoolers.com has proven that an online community can completely influence the entire culture of skiing. My hope is to create an online community based upon mental illness pride to change the perception of mental illness in society.
