See Sammy Carlson adventure to the high mountain peaks of Alaska, British Columbia and Alaska to push the boundaries of what is possible deep into the mountains. This back country terrain proved to be the perfect canvas for Sammy to push the limits of skiing. Joined by his friends Vinzenz Keller, Todd Ligare, Yu Sasaki, Yoshiya “Bull” Urata the crew spent the winter of 2022/23 in some of the world's most remote locations.

This project has been a labor of love. I’m excited to share GROWN with you. Featuring an epic two-part Alaska segment filmed entirely at Black Ops Valdez, GROWN showcases some of my most unforgettable lines and years of Growth in the mountains.

Banff Sunshine Village delivered once again, and our testers crushed it. We had a week with the best products, some amazing conditions, and access to a range of incredible terrain parks for testing. Alongside the staff of both Newschoolers and Powder, we had more than 20 local rippers involved in testing skis & outerwear from brands across the skiing spectrum. This winter was low on snow but the vibes were higher than ever and I’ve got another Snow Stunts installation for you all! This year, I choose to make a longer cut, entirely to music mixed by DJ Z-Trip, who has had a couple of his mixes used in our culture way back in the day. Clips from Killington, Bridger Bowl, Timberline Mount Hood, Great Divide Montana, Big Sky, and the Zero Zone.
This year was my final year attending Montana State and I graduated with a bachelors in environmental science. Now to focus on my PHD at Bridger Bowl University… Much love to everyone I got to spend time with this season, those that filmed and those of you who watched and read this. Love you all!

Season 17 kicks off with a trip back east to meet old friends and unstable weather. The crew laps the park at Sugarbush, the ice at Gore Mtn, the slush at Whiteface, and caps it off with a DIY session at Snow Ridge.
Wood enthusiast, Ian Compton shows us the sauna he built. Will gets sweaty. Andy loses his ferry ticket before boarding the boat. Powder-boy Mitchell learns how to ski the east coast “hardcore-real-stuff”. Tweak invites us to his family cabin the Adirondacks. Sawyer gets filmed. Shane laughs at Andy. Our old friend Nick now owns a ski area in New York, which has baby goats. Bennie goes big, AND goes home!

Another video, eeeeeh ouais... I like making video. This video is named after a famous Québécois expression which is usually used after the famous question: «What are we eating for diner?» And then you say toutski, which means all the leftovers of the week. So, I think you can figure out why I called my video like this. This is a little edit of clips I got during the 2022-23 season for a project that sadly didn't come to life, but that is not dead. Those clips are old but gold! As always, thanks for reading this and enjoy!
