I started skiing with Dugger about six years ago and thats when I realized he was the real animal on skis. But, last year he got a full time job and packed his bags to Miami. Although Dugger wont be around anymore, he will be remembered by being able to muscle around some of the illest rail tricks. The Facet Skis team took a trip down to the Liberty Mountain Snowflex Centre in Lynchburg, Virginia this summer. Despite a broken down main lift and multiple lightning delays, they were able to get some filming in.

This is one of the biggest goals I set for myself growing up and I went about it wrong for a while. I tried sending videos out to every company seeing if any would respond, which none ever did. I should have just spent that energy working harder on my skiing abilities so that I got better.
It is imperative that you are a good role model and inspiration to others in order to think about getting sponsored. Remember you never know when someone might be watching and notice the way you act. Most companies do not want you out there partying, drinking, and smoking because that is not a good representation of their company.
The four steps I go over are:
Step 1: Having a good attitude all the time. This is important no matter what you are doing and you never know when someone is watching so it is really important you always try and be positive and encouraging
Step 2: Having a good work ethic, it's super important you have a good work ethic. Companies want to see you working hard all the time, that is what will help set you apart from others.
Step 3: Have results. Having results shows companies what you have already accomplished which could be helpful or hurtful. Having a lot of awesome results (tons of views on videos and good comp results) will dramatically increase your chances of getting sponsored.
Step 4: Being charismatic. Being a likable person is really important so that companies feel you are a valuable asset to their company. This also helps with networking, knowing people is extremely helpful in getting sponsored; so if you do not know anyone, go to ski shops and ask for reps contact info that way you can start to get to know people.

This relationship will go down in history as the most iconic depiction of true love, no questions asked. In this episode of #HumanBeing, Dad checked out from the office, unplugged from his email account, and hit the park to capture some quality footage of the kids to show off at the next backyard get together with Linda and Mark. Scott Nelson and I linked up a lot this summer to gather as much footage as possible from Woodward's Big Island Park. Each weekend the park crew would rearrange the features so there was always something new to film. Here is some of the footage we came up with for our final edit.

Joona Kangas showed us around his hometown resort of Levi, Finland in the Arctic Circle. Jacob Hyllengren Larsson gave us a look into the ski scene within the city of Oslo, Norway.
Torge Nagel and Lucas Mangold showed us around the seemingly endless different ski resorts surrounding Innsbruck, Austria. Last but not least Kai Mahler introduced us to the freestyle heaven known as Laax, Switzerland.

First day on big jumps this season, learned sw dub at the end of last season and wanted to work on them, here are the 4 I did.
What is wrong with them? they don't feel like they come around the way other peoples do. I put some quick descriptions of what was going on in each attempt, just pause the video to read them cause it goes fast.
