Nov 2019 - 7.8K views

The crew featured in this segment have topped podiums at the Olympics, the X Games, Dew Tour, World Cups and everywhere else in between, racking up a collective 58 pro-level medals between them, and counting.

Away from the judges, the floodlights and the pressures of the competition stage, the crew set their sights on shredding together to produce one of the most fun, upbeat terrain park segments of the year. The aim: Showcase the insane level that women’s park skiing has risen to and inspire the next generation to push the bar higher.

In Memory of Darrell Price RIP Our Friend

by DominatorJacques
Feb 2021 - 6.7K views

Darrell was an inspiration to many. May he rest in peace. He skied at 94 and had a major stroke that evening while taking care of his daughter that is suffering from brain cancer. The story is sad, yet so loving. Maybe he just could not stand to see hid daughter leave before him. Who knows. All we know is he was much loved by many, and skied until his end.

The Good, The Bad, and the Bandits

by montanabandits
Sep 2021 - 23.6K views

We the Montana Bandits present to you, our first ever ski movie! We all agree that ski movies these days are getting a little too serious. We think some ski movies are becoming a little copy paste, and not proving to be as fun as we want them to be. This is our offering, our take on how ski movies should be. Funny, fun, and a little less serious than what else is out there. We produced, and premiered this movie entirely on our own dime, and it's been a blast. If we can do it, why can't you?! If you don't know where to start, in the words of the great Shane McConkey, "Get out there, and jump off something for crying out loud!"

Let it be known that this film is not intended to be watched alone. Before pressing play get yourself some good friends, a couple of oat sodas, and then... enjoy!

Trollhaugen : Human Being : Precise - Ep 7, Vol 3 - 2018/19

by Trollhaugen
Apr 2019 - 3.7K views

Precision: A term typically bestowed upon the engineering of luxury cars, high-end electronics, and chemical formulations. So how could an imperfect human's actions be described as precise? By what metric, standard, or baseline would we measure the precise execution of maneuvers in relation to their relative impact on stoke? PxS=I2, or S=PxI2, or even the perception of P2=SI2? Precision being it's own stoke multiplier provides precisely the correct ratio of fuel for fun, fantastic feats and fearless functions. This slightly less than precise description, having previously been used in a moderately varied and thus precisely imprecise exact quote becomes it's own stoke transmutater, as a classic example similar to transforming human precision, in it's imperfection, into patterns perceived perfectly precise. So ponder for a moment, are these maneuvers precise due to their precision, or is their precision found in the precise achievement of a, or rather the, reaction they previously targeted to evoke, with which they, in my humble opinion, succeed precisely. And precisely why then, if top the tater is so delicious on potatoes and their fried & chipped counterparts, does nary a potato chip company offer a top the tater flavor. I've seen pepperocini & vineger, sour pickle, and even peanut butter, but not a tater topped, and I dare say, were they to, the satisfaction to the senses would be precisely similar to the satisfaction and the stoke experienced via the indulgence of Episode 7, Volume 3 - Human Being : Precise.

36 years old and I had the best ski season of my life. What a trip. Extremely fortunate to get days on hill with the guys I was skiing with 15 years ago as well as gaining new friends along the way. I had no plans of making anything more than a little edit or two this season like we usually do. Rice triangle - Mitchell Brower 2015

If you've ever been to Asia and eaten a rice triangle, you know that it is a delight. 2015 was a rice triangle year for me: I got married, graduated from college, filmed for level 1's movie for the first time, and traveled to Japan, Korea, Sweden, and Canada. I'm very thankful for the great experiences I had and the people that made it all possible. This edit is a combination of my footage from 3 projects:

Small World - Level 1

We Trust Your Judgement - The Coterie

Secret Storm - The Brothers Brower

Enjoy!

We're literally getting too old for this shit. My mid 30's knees are still aching months after being on snow, my left thumb will 100% need surgical reconstruction sometime in the near future, my GoPro's 64GB card is maxed out with "C" footy and bails, but we fucking did it. Here's to not letting your favorite memories become ancient history. Thanks to Loon Mtn, Expense Account, Mork and everyone else for probably, definitely my favorite skiing season of my entire life.

These are Trollhaugen human beings in their natural habitat, and they brought some friends along to coordinate. And they are coordinated. Agility. Harmony. Friendship. Trickery. Filming. Whichever definition you choose means little to your eyeballs. Coordinate your vision with the screen. Coordinate your tips with the volume dial. Trollhaugen // Human Being // PROGRAMMED Ep.1 Vol.5 // 2020/21

Oh we back humans! The FINAL season of Human Being is here with cinematic adventures in skiing like you've never ever seen. Each episode stands to redefine your relationship with the universe. Yea, wrap your dome around that statement for a hot second.... You good? Ok, good. Let's dive into #HumanBeing EPISODE 1 VOLUME 5 PROGRAMMED!
--------------------------
Robots and cyborgs and drones OH MY! There is no explanation for Adam Peterson's style, well, except for the obvious undeniable truth that he is a highly classified government weapon sent from the future, programmed to destroy metal and steel with a laser beam focus that terrifies the world's most revered leaders. To be frank, all of the human beings of #HumanBeing seem to harness some sort of futuristic cheat codes. Is the world ready for this level of precision? Are the people of planet earth concerned about the bar being set this high? To answer all of those questions and more, we'd like to leave you with an unbelievably poignant quote from the robot himself.

"00100111100101010001111010011001110000110100110100001101000111101011101101100010010000100001011010000001" - Adam Peterson.

Wow, just wow. Such wise words.

With ski resorts closing last season, the crew kept the stoke alive by doing what they do best - building ridiculous features in the woods. Connor Clayton | Comeback Season

by ConnorClayton
Aug 2017 - 16.3K views

I've had kind of a rough past two years ski wise. With blowing my right knee out once in 2015, and then re-tearing the same knee the following year in 2016, it was questionable whether or not skiing was still worth it. After months on months of rehab, I got the okay to get back on my skis this past January, and while I was scared shitless of hurting my knee again everyday I was skiing, I managed to have one of the best seasons of my life. I figured I'd call this my 'comeback season' as I never thought I would really come back into skiing right where I left off. I can't thank my family and friends enough for the constant and continued support that helped me get over my injuries, and I cannot wait to get back on my planks this season for another great winter with many more to come.
