From Marius Beck Dahle : My first trip to Chamonix. The days before we arrived had so much snow that they wouldn't allow skiers and speedriders to the top exits, because of the avalanche dangers. Still, we managed to get 25.000 meters of flying within tree days. Happy times!

This is where I live. A small town on the western coast of Norway called Volda.
All of these flights are from the past couple of weeks, from our small mountain named Rotsethornet. There's no road for cars yet, so you have to hike it every time. Hopefully, they'll make a road someday. That would open alot of oppertunities for visiting speedflyers, paragliders, hangliders, mountainbikers, you name it.
Seveal of the residents in Volda can't stand this small, but yet big mountain. But guess what, I love it! It has only 649m (2.130 ft) of altitude, but you'll enjoy every one of them, every time!

The locals wouldn?t stop talking about how it was one of the coldest winters in the past century. That didn?t stop the Arbor Snowboards crew consisting of Brandon Hammid, Mike Liddle, Mike Gray, and LP Dorval from exploring the frozen city in search of new spots, never been done tricks, and good times. In november, we visited New Zealand for our first time. Full El Niño action made two out of three weeks non flyable, but we had some great hike&flys when the wind calmed down. Stunning country!

For the first one, my plan change with the snow condition and I start with a spring line in December .
