Zach Masi destroys Stowe's rails and makes some final spring laps for the 2016 season.
When the temperature, wind and water are just right the Tug Hill Plateau region of central NY gets clobbered by lake effect snow. Elevation is minimal and the trees are tight but that just makes the search for powder turns more rewarding.
That rarest of beasts: East Coast pillows. When the snow is deep and the search is far, paradise can be found.
Ski The East and Level 1 Productions teamed up during the gigantic winter of 2015 to get down and dirty in the streets of Boston. Tons of snow covered the city all season long and allowed the crew to build many unique features.

Is there such a thing as too deep? The record-breaking storm Stella of 2017 brought incredible amounts of snow to the forests of Jay Peak, VT. The crew got after it last season and slayed the powder, jumps, n' bumps for the cameras once again. After a pandemic hiatus we're proud to be back and stoked to present the continuation of our popular webisode series: Promised Land and Lappin.
The East Coast is a region of dreamers, deep snow, and drastic weather. When it's good out here, it's really good and when it's bad, well, it just builds character.
Though many Eastern skiers will venture to faraway lands during their lives, our Promised Land keeps them coming back. It's the camaraderie, the beauty of the struggle, and those wicked sweet Nor'eastah storms that makes it all worth it.
