The chance to film with the baddest crew of snowbladers around. Chris Whatford dropping hammers in his megafinalist entry.
After narrowly avoiding being cut by the network, the Heart of Skiing film crew is back to tape another season. Zane makes his return from an unsuccessful run at Superunknown and his pursuits to join the Bunch seem to not be paying off. Controversy runs high as Zane starts rocking a yellow vest the same day Magnus loses his.

Watching this video brought back fond memories of when the most important thing in our lives
was capturing that next 10 second video shot. When it came to an urban mission, no one was as
dedicated as Marc. It takes a certain type person to seek out impossibly long kinked rails and
spend the freezing early morning hours trying to slide along them on a pair of skis. Hours spent
digging, setting up ramps, hauling generators, running extension cords and positioning lights all
in the anticipation of filming something new.
For over a decade this was our life, the constant pursuit of that next shot which ultimately was
just for the love of pushing urban skiing. Of all the skiers and snowboards I had the pleasure of
filming Marc is one of the riders who exemplified that. The countless hours of urban footage
Marc amassed is a testament to the dedication he put into his skiing and the love he has for the
sport. While he may have retired from combing the streets in search of that next 10 kink rail it is
very clear that he left his own mark on the sport.

After our pow trip we met up with Magnus Granér and Zac Mousseau and got back into the streets! We managed to find some really cool spots and everyone killed it!
We had multiple delays for the release of our first episode! We had a couple injuries and lost a complete episode due to a hard drive failure! We started over and are proud to realese our first episode of the season!
The Regiment is a two year film project from professional freestyle skier Henrik Harlaut. Today, Henrik is one of the only skiers to compete at the highest level while also filming some of the most influential video parts of the past decade. We see Henrik go from filming urban three hours before a flight to X Games to skiing spines in Alaska and for the first time we get an insight to what makes Henrik tick, as he shares the motivations and inspirations that allow him to be one of the best freeskiers today.

Here's my take on what went down in the park during Newschoolers week at Windells camp.
Antti Ollila is fast building his reputation as one of the most-respected freestyle wizards in the game. Whether it’s midnight shoots at his urban playground in Finland, to the Czech jungle gym or on slushy hand built kickers in Verbier, Antti brought his insane bag of tricks and standout style to a diverse set of features and conditions – and slayed them all. This Athlete Edit showcases all of Antti’s banger shots from THIS IS HOME, plus some of his best unreleased footage that we just couldn’t fit in the final cut.
Shot on Location: Jyväskylä, Finland. Deštné v Orlických Horách, Czech Republic. Verbier, Switzerland.

The most under rated unknown blader is back. After a year hiatus on the blades Chris Whatford tries once again to win an opportunity of a lifetime to film with the most badass of bladerzzzz around!

It was hard not to shed a tear watching this after the events of today. J.P simply showed how well rounded of a skier he was in this part. From flairs in the halfpipe, from some of the earliest urban rails, and of course back country lines and booters, J.P was the boss as proved completing the loop. My thoughts and condolences to his friends and family. Here is a small piece of his legacy.
Peace, This iz my season edit from 2013, a lot of park due to the Inspired Demo tour but got to go out in the streets a little and in the side country, was a very enjoyable and blessed season, hope you enjoy. Inspired!
Kimbo Sessions was without a doubt my favorite week last season. So many homies and a perfect park with a private lift. Thank you Kim Boberg for the great times! Enjoy this video recapping my week!
Tomorrow will be 10 years I have been with ns...so I decided to make an edit of the 10 years of vids I have uploaded.
Scout and I filmed a couple times this winter and we were very happy to get a lotta good shots, but then it all went sad when a springtime crash relieved him of an intact ACL - Which is now apparently the doc's lie, Scott's got a strained MCL and bone bruising instead. Get well soon Scott!
Also shoutout Tom Christie for insp.
Here's my recap from the past season. Hope you gonna enjoy it! Thanks to Fischer, Kask and Quiksilver and all the people who made this season epic.

AFTER MANY YEARS, IT'S BACK!!
"I started editing this in April. Since then, my friends have constantly been asking "Is the edit done?", "have you been working on the edit?", "are you ever going to finish the edit?" etc. Since my friends had been calling it The Edit all summer, I decided that was an appropriate name. I also finished the edit so you can watch it here on Newschoolers.com

This project is our very first full length movie. In this piece we want to portray a raw and genuine look into our 2016/17 ski season; from completely failed trips half way across the country to finally having a healthy squad and an all time trip to Oregon and California in the spring. This is a line up of good brotha's from all around the country that were lucky enough to find a common home where a lot of the movie was filmed, Utah. Thanks to everyone for the support along the way, especially Tall T Productions. We are proud to present "ROASTED"
