Twenty years ago, the New Canadian Air Force and Salomon changed skiing forever with the release of the Teneighty ski. The original crew comes together in Whistler to celebrate the anniversary and look back at what has happened in the sport.

Last year was one of the best seasons I've ever had. Started off with deep snow at Skibowl, making lines possible that aren't skiable most years. Midway through, we got an unusually big storm in Portland. Finished off with some classic spring sidecountry jumping at T-line. Thanks to everyone that skied, filmed, and made last year awesome. Every season is great, but I'll remember this one for a long time.

Here are the highlights from the 2018 Quiksilver Young Guns Ski Final. Thibault Magnin, Sam Lobinsky, Konnor Ralph and Simon Hillis made it through the rounds of Instagram voting and arrived at Whistler Blackcomb for a week of skiing with Sammy Carlson.
They rode from dawn to dusk. They hit everything. They laughed. They cheered. They yard saled. They high-fived. They had the time of their lives.
It never really felt like a contest — until Sammy picked a champion and somebody won $10k.

This tutorial right here is exactly what the Tramp Skis are for, learning the scariest tricks in a safe environment. A Screamin' Semen is arguably one of the scariest tricks in skiing because it's when your skis cross over one another so they are on the opposite side they should be, then untangling them to land normally. This trick pretty much goes against everything we're taught in skiing, but damm is it cool. Learn it now with this tutorial.

After years of the Slopestyle circuit grind Ian had a gnarly crash at the World Tour Finals in Whistler that altered his perspective on skiing. He decided to take a different path and ski the way he wanted to ski instead of the way the judges expected him to. As the ski industry changes, becoming increasingly commercialized, digitized and popularized we can all benefit from reflecting on why we started skiing: To Have Fun. "Blonde Highlights" is a film about a group of ladies from the interior of British Colombia, Canada known for slaying big lines, smashing beers and not giving a heck. These ladies convened in Whistler BC for World Ski and Snowboard Festival "Intersection". They were required to film and edit within 7 days all within 100 km of Whistler. Awarded Peoples choice award at intersection 2018.
