Skiing at the resort is one of my favorite parts about winter. Hot lapping with your friends, finding lines, zipping through trees, catching air, and then do...
This week's Segment Saturday is a special one. "The most dangerous man in skiing", aka Aaron McGovern, is celebrating his 50th birthday! To celebrate, we pulled out this iconic segment from 2000's "Ski Movie I". Gov's skiing was full throttle, all the time. This segment is certainly no exception to that.

Super hyped to put out this short ski edit of my 2020/21 ski season. Lots of fun going out touring and having a blast on the hill with the boys. I learned a lot of new tricks this year and I'm happy I could get some video and share it.
Enjoy!

It's that time of year when I start getting RESTLESS for winter. Time to make some edits to hold me over. Here's a mid April powder day in the backcountry.
At the end of last april we headed north, but with low expectations. The forecast was for rain at all elevations. We went anyways, determined to enjoy time in the mountains with friends. The snow gods must have felt our good intentions because they rewarded us not with rain, but with soft snow for the duration of our trip. Our short time at Fernie Wilderness Adventures was full of laughter, smiles and shenanigans. It turned out to be a week none of us will ever forget. So if you're ever on the fence about whether or not to ski, go ski. In our experience the universe rewards positivity and friendship.
Huge thanks to all my friends, sponsors and everyone that made the season special.

EP.3 of Before Tomorrow is live! EP.3 is a bit of a reflection of this winter as a whole for the Benshi crew. This winter we explored zones new and old, climbed alpine peaks, and pushed our comfort zones.
Long format edit like the good ol days. All gopro MAX footy with a couple iPhone shots and a drone shot thrown in.
4 years worth of recycled clips put together fueled by pre-season stoke and Guayaki Yerba Mate.
Thanks to Cade Stewart, Liam Gilchrist, Chris Raduy, Jeff Ashton, & Stacked Films for filming.

Here is my 20/21 season edit filmed and edited by Louis Barrat
This season has been unreal and definitely one to remember. With all that has been going on over the past year, I feel so grateful to have been able to ski as much as I have this season. Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen. Enjoy ❤️

As It Comes is a short ski film showcasing a fun local Utah season possible for any motivated shredder. With many things up in the air due to the pandemic and a slow snow year in Utah skier Thorn Merrill and cinematographer Pat Sheils hit the mountains in pursuit of the best that the Wasatch mountains has to offer. From inbounds to backcountry, face shots to spring jumps we tried to capture it all in a nostalgic season edit style film. Enjoy!
Last season in the Wasatch was one of the best we've had in a long time. Check out this little edit I put together called "Wasatch High Tide", highlighting a few of the finer moments. Filmed at Brighton Resort, Alta Ski Area, and the Wasatch Backcountry.
Big thanks to Willy Nevins for supplying the artwork and animations, thanks to the filmers Hennie Van Jaarsveld, Adam Clark, and Eliel Hindert, and HUGE thanks to all the sponsors that make it possible:
