Typically, we live our lives day by day, from
Monday to Friday, sun up to sun down. We balance
work with play and end up only relaxing on the
weekend. We can be content living that way or
make everyday what we want it to be. Vital Films
presents "Everyday Is Saturday". Over the past two
years of shooting, Saturday was not just a day of the week. Saturday's were stress free, and soon Saturday happened every day and became the story of our life. From chilling to our travels. Saturday started out as a name and over time it became a way of life.
Yo, Everyday is Saturday, my friends, go to sleep, wake up, yo, its Saturday again.

First time hitting the slopestyles in a while, nothing too complicated but one hell of a good day ripping the SnowZone with the greatest crew this past february.
Mad thanks to Tim Baud and Avoriaz for the invite, to Alex Beaudoing and Thomas Robert for the job behind the lens and to Melissa and Hugo for keeping the smiles high.
I hope you will enjoy the little draws and the rest, we had fun making it :)
Shout out to those who make everything possible : Volkl, Dakine, Oakley and GoPro.
Just wanted to capture a normal day.I didnt actually plan to make an edit. Thats why some of the filming is quite shaky. This isnt a serious edit, its ment to show you what we in switchfilms do everyday. So its nothing to fancypantsy, hehe
Filmed with Canon xha1 and canon 7D.
Kyle Decker put together his own mini-movie, "New Era," back in 2009 with a few select members of the Level 1 crew. Featuring content from Level 1's feature film "Refresh," Kyle's edits are a collection of the some of the best, and, for lack of a better term, "progressive" shots from that year. Truth be told, a couple years later, they still hold up!
Casey Arnold for the third year in a row, last hit of the contest. Edit coming later this week!
Fatman productions killing it with the sickest US open edit i've seen! props to the fatman!!
It starts with a daydream.
Stay tuned for 'Imagination' a piece dropping Sunday, October 29th featuring Tom Wallisch and Sherpas Cinema.

I am taking a much more organized approach towards my "how to videos" this year. Starting this Friday, November 13th, I will be uploading a new "how to video" at noon. This will continue all the way through april. These videos will be uploaded to youtube, newschoolers, and my own website, skitutorials.com, I will have all my updates and schedule on my website. This video was created to help anyone ski switch. I noticed a lot of people doing it wrong over the past few years of skiing and I also used to do it wrong. Skiing switch is something that any freestyle skier should learn how to do. The way I teach you will help you gain control going down the hill, it will help you look better while skiing switch, it will help you have more control while skiing down the hill, and it will help you take off jumps and land jumps better. It is important to keep in mind that it will take a lot of time and practice to get to a comfortable level. The tips I give will help get you there faster but it will probably not be a overnight change. This is part 1 to a 3 part series I will be doing. Part 2 will be about how to hit a jump switch and do a switch 180 on skis and part 3 will consist of how to hit a jump switch and how to do a switch 360 on skis.
Spent two great weeks skiing Stubai and even got a couple really nice days to go hit the Prime Park Sessions jumps. Enjoy!

The schoolyard is across the street from our home. It is completely flat and not designed for skiing. Yet it has lights, obstacles and some hard snow. With a pair of quick feet and an open mind it's a playground full of possibilities.
After 2 weeks of rain and heavy drinking to ease the pain, the Weaklings gained some weight...Skiing and boarding was rough with so much extra mass so once the sun came out I decided to loose some weight and get back after it. Enjoy the both fat and skiny shinanigans this Weak and see you all Next Tuesday. Huge thanks to Brian Skorupski,Jesse Mallis,Rory Bruder, Lyle Brooks,Ryan Mathis, Camtrol and Arcade for making the Weak a little less weak. Blesses.
A collection of my favorite shots from 2016. Mostly filmed in the UK, with a few other shots from an urban trip to Sierra Nevada, Laax Switzerland and Landgraaf in Holland. I'd like to say a big thank you to my sponsors and all my friends that made 2016 a banger. Enjoy!

The Gold Project crew heads over to Mount Snow for a day with Evan Williams, Pete Engen, and Tyler Audette. There we meet up with friends Ian Compton, Ryan Anderson, and Jake Doan. It was a beautiful, sunny day and we got a ton of great shots. I also broke out my new toy, the Canon T2i, for the first time so you might notice something a little different in this and future edits. Big thanks to Mount Snow for having us again. Enjoy!
Rail Jam at the US Outdoor store in Portland OR

Heres some footage of the Mini Jam and the rail jam at Marquette Mnt for Superpark 2008. Just a short edit.
If most snowboard films are like drinking beer than "Rutland" is like chugging Long Island Iced Teas all night. Beer is fun, but you generally get full and pass out before you end up dead or soaked in blood. On the other hand, after a dozen long island iced teas the restraints instilled in you by the norms of society disappear before you realize you've pissed yourself. That's how "Rutland" is.

When it comes to slaying jumps Derek Spong is a silent warrior. We at Rage have worked with many talented athletes at our park shoots but Spong is always the guy to watch. His ability to make natural and unnatural spins look effortless is impressive. Last year Spong added Double corks to his arsenal further displaying his warrior like skills.
