OutdoorMaster is an emerging outdoor brand pushing the snow optics industry forward with a mission to make pro-level outdoor gear accessible and affordable. They recently became the official supplier of goggles and helmets to the U.S. Ski Team and they are also supporting freeskiers Lucas Müllaer, Paul Vieuxtemps, and Ben Burrati this season.

OutdoorMaster was founded by Leo, an ex-IT engineer and self-proclaimed gear nerd with a passion for skiing. He and his friends experienced frustration with the quality/price ratio of gear available and they found themselves constantly going through goggles in particular; breaks, scratches, unwanted fogs and blurs were the norm. So much so that Leo was inspired to create his own goggles, an ultimate set to see the mountain with clarity, color, and texture, that could keep up with him in any conditions and would be available at a price affordable to all.

Leo reached out to his childhood friend, Ryan, who was already working in the optics industry. After several discussions and plenty of market research, they agreed that proper ski goggles should not break the bank. Together they founded OutdoorMaster. Of course, they went through the familiar struggles of any fledgling brand but Leo and Ryan persevered. Their hard work was rewarded and by 2016 over a million skiers worldwide were sporting their goggles and sharing their vision.

Through success came investment and innovation. With new lens technology and frame styles for the 21/22 winter season goggles and the introduction of a MIPS helmet. The Diamond Helmet with MIPS and the Ultra XL Goggles are landmark products for OutdoorMaster. Alongside this OutdoorMaster has pushed their development of eco-friendly eyewear; the Eco-friendly XM.
