Over a decade ago on this ski, Eric Hjorleifson launched his legendary ski career pioneering human powered, big mountain backcountry ascents, followed by now iconic, mind blowing high-speed lines down. This year he’s completely redesigned the Renegade. The new shape has the same tip and tail length, same waist but slightly wider tip/tail widths to accommodate a new 30m ReflectTech. The tighter sidecut and reverse camber radius is 30m instead of previous 35 to provide more ease and greater control at a wider variety of speeds in deep pow. As Hoji always says, "I just want powder skiing to be easy." He built them in two new lengths that he personally prefers depending on the terrain and conditions.
