The carpet is almost completely added. All that is left is the top. It's a highly durable outdoor carpet with thick fibers and a tight weave. It needs to be outdoor, other wise it will get soggy and fall apart. We got it for free, because mom new someone. But a roll of 7'/13' costs around $150. I added water and tested it. It worked great. I'm super stoked.
