Fletcher putting NS sticker on cop car

Im sitting in my car behind a friend that just got pulled over. We talk about putting the NS sticker on there while he's writing the ticket, takes a little of convincing, but right when he goes to give the ticket Fletcher sneaks out the door, runs behind the cop car, tags it and runs back to the car. NEVER GOT CAUGHT. :)
