Just came across this on my Vimeo feed. It's a pretty straight-forward replication of what he did with "Magic Flashlights," but still impressive nonetheless.

i thought he did some of the effects when the boards were underwater, those shots were pretty cool. but other than that, i got bored of it. i thought magic flashlights was way cooler and the edit kept me entertained. idk what it was about this one but after seeing similar shots a few times it was pretty meh. he's still got mad skillz tho

Could not have been worse, I love knifeshow but this is probably the only one they've put out that I don't like, it would have been a lot better without the lights and even then it wasn't great.

Great that he can do that in After Effects but that doesn't mean he should do it all the time.

It went past the point of gimmick, it's just a paltry attempt to decrease potential boredom from what is from the beginning a boring video and it's not working at all.
