General Info:
The Third Annual Beartooth Summer Session is set to occurWednesday, June 5 2013 to Sunday, June 9 2013. The event will take placeat Beartooth Basin Ski Area (formerly Red Lodge International Summer Ski Camp)and the surrounding backcountry.
ON3P Ski Company and other sponsors will be working with the skiarea to host the session and build a quality terrain park and competitioncourse. The event, terrain park, and ski area will be open to the publicas well as invited riders and photographers.
In addition to the world-class, lift-accessible summer skiing,the surrounding area has superb backcountry access, including day long tours,boot packs, and car shuttle laps.
On Saturday, June 8th, a big-mountain/slopestyle competitionwill take place at Beartooth Basin. Competitors will take top to bottomruns and be judged on style, technique, amplitude, and consistency.
ON3Pwill have their fleet of demo skis available for free public demo. Tickets to the ski area are $45 per day, but will be discounted tosession attendees for $40 per day. Half day tickets will also beavailable for $35.
After the Competition there will be an afterparty (location TBD based on wherever we can get free beer poured!) with copious amounts of sponsor-swag being thrown out to competition stand-outs, the winners of an Instagram contest, and just because!
