Video Projectors

Hey guys, looking to get a projector for my apartment next year. Typical usage will be video games and TV shows through my laptop, and showing pictures on occasion. Budget is about $200. I don't really know what to look for. Is the deciding factor the # of lumens? Contrast ratio? Resolution? On bhphotovideo.com the only 1080p projector in my price range is this:

Is that good? Someone enlighten me. Thanks!

Appears the native resolution is 480p... Reviews on it don't exactly look good based on b&h and amazon

"The product information states a native resolution is 1920 x 1080. That's just a blatant lie. The manual itself states that for best quality, make the source match the projector, of 600x420"
