CMC is an awesome place for learning what you want to learn, rather than going with the purpose of getting a degree. if you want to go to college for a degree then go to a legit 4 year school, but if you're someone interested in doing something skiing/outdoors related, CMC is great.
I went to CMC for two years with the idea of going to a 4 year school, spent a year at a 4 good 4 year school and quit after that, i honestly was learning a lot more at CMC, both in core subjects and electives, the teachers at CMC are awesome if you get the right ones, you get a way more one on one experience. and after spending a year doing the "normal" college thing, i realized i wasnt learning shit and dont need a degree for what i want to do.
so if you need a degree to get a job somewhere, then do the normal thing, but if you are going to school to learn about what your interested in, and plan on working in an area that doesnt require a degree, like me, places like CMC are great. just go take classes you want and need.
