Does anyone else think chrome sucks?

I'm so fucking over chrome.

I was watching a video on youtube, 1080p and after about 80 seconds my video was freezing and my computer was running 185-190 degrees....

Opened up firefox, watched the same video at 1080p and watched the entire 5 mins, no freezing and my computer was about 160-165 degrees.

What the fuck chrome? You're fucking done.

yeah totally. I was loving it for like 5 months, then it just started acting up all the time. couldn't play youtube or vimeo videos, just switched back to safari.

Was using Chrome for while last year and the whole set-up and display was so annoying for me and the downloads and pretty much everything now that I think about it. Now I'm back to using Safari.

literally thinking this exact thing. Shredsauce doesn't work on my chrome, youtube freaks all the time whether ending a video before it actually ends or just only playing the audio. Everything seems to work faster / better on firefox

Got rid of chrome a while ago. Videos always froze, pages would take forever to load and it would quit for no reason. sSurprisingly safari works really well for me now. Never used to but...hey what ever works.

I had to switch from firefox to chrome. FF takes up too much processing power and RAM compared to Chrome. I havent had any issues with pages crashing or anything. Thats just me doe

MacBook Pro 2.53GH and 4 GB ram

Weird lol. My app kept crashing, And after ios6 safari has so many options for sharing etc.
Plus the chrome app is 200+ MB and I'm running out of room for music on my 16G

CMD1, CMD2, CMD3 hotkeys in the browser is a blessing. Not embedding this weird shaped picture.


Heres my bookmarks, Command 1 takes me to google, cmd2 = fb, then youtube, ns, etc. also, it's faster than chrome, in my opinion

chrome has become such a piece of shit for me as well... same as most complaints here.

Videos don't load, sound sometimes stops working, videos won't work in fullscreen mode.. and lately pages will load and then suddenly turn blank and refuse to load. none of these problems when I use firefox so I don't know what the deal is. I also have a mac.. and my boyfriend has a pc and uses chrome without any issues. I prefer the chrome layout to ffox and safari though... oh well.

It used to be good but now I get popups a lot and sometimes it will take me to a blank page when I click on something on facebook and I'll have to hit enter on the URL. I have to use IE just to look at some webpages too. It's becoming a real POS.

I haven't had any problems with it on my computer or my phone.
I'm still a fan of the computer to phone sync that the chrome app does. Still a fan of the tab and favourite system. Still a fan of the URL bar being a search bar.
So I guess I'll keep mine until something rather annoying pops up and I get sick of it

Opera is my favorite, the only problem is that embedded youtube can be funky sometimes, but it runs the fastest and i like the interface the best.
