Sounds like me last season in Arlberg, Austria. Altough, bombing groomers was pretty much exlclusively getting back to lift, and getting down the moguled-up hell from the apres. Just point those wrens downhill, and you're good to go..

I know the 176 is -4 cause I measured it. I'd image the rest of them are also -4 (or atleast the 101underfoot shaped ones).

Those are this years dropkicks with the Seth tongue. And those are the Filthy Richs that Kutcher has with the Jiberish topsheet, he was riding them for a good portion of the summer.

I have 90s on mine. They fit perfectly, very, very little over hang, zero catch.

Second to none. By far the most durable park ski on the market today. My filthy riches from last season have 4 edge cracks (one of those was due to coming up short geting on a rail), zero pull outs (and none of the cracks even seem like they're starting to pull out), and virtually no base damage...this is saying something since before I got my FRs I haven't had a single park ski last me an entire season in 4 years (in fact, I had a pair of surfaces I skied a total of 4 times...they got 10 edge cracks in those 4 days...) They're straight bombproof.

I cannot vouch for bomproofability as we have not yet subjected a pair to a bomb, but they are built with a 1.8mm 4001 sintered base and the thickest edges we can buy on the market. I will still recommend detuning edges underfoot on your park skis to lessen the impact and damage from sliding rails.

What's the logic behind this? I always let me skis detune 'naturally' just through rail usage.. But am I better off durability-wise to detune them first?

If you detune them properly, you'll round out the edges underfoot, this will make it so they don't catch on rails/boxes. When they catch on stuff it stresses that spot and that's what the major cause of cracks are. So yes, you are better off detuning before they touch anything first.

Exactly. The increased force exerted on the edge from sliding a rail without detuning is where most people get edge cracks.

Thanks, this makes sense. I've detuned before riding in the past, but the overall feel just isn't the same as when they wear down from use.. I guess it's a compromise I'll decide on..

Detune to help start the process. Once they've been over a few rails it'll be much more detuned, only other time they should get knocked down is if you resharpen the entire edge or if you get an edge crack - file edge cracks down so that they are less likely to catch and get worse.

For the love of your body, detune the hell out of the underfoot before you hit rails.

I just found out that skistore.se wont get any ON3P skis in this year. What the fuck am i supposed to do now? Where in Europe can i buy some 186 FRs? I now ON3P ships internationally but i really dont want to double the price of the skis just because of custom fees and taxes.
Please help me out!

^ This, I had the same problem and I live in England, unfortunately I searched all of europe for a store that would stock them but I think they are too small a brand, in the end I sucked up and bought them straight from the company, I cannot stress enough how good these skis are,

ON3P fo' life.

It was a lot i'm afraid, they totalled $130 I think, i've been saving for about 2 years for these skis, wanted them the day they first came out! total cost for me was probably £550 GBP. Hope that helps.

Just an FYI, we list the skis for a lot less than they are worth when we ship overseas so they charge you less taxes than they should be, but do list enough so that if the skis are lost or damaged we at least cover our costs.

Unfortunately skistore.se didn't work out for this year, but hopefully we are able to make something work for next season. We are talking to a few other European dealers right now, but are open to suggestions if anyone has them as to who we should be talking to over there.

We are not looking for tons and tons of dealers, just the top few that are actually the right fit and right people to introduce and support ON3P the way we want (same approach we've taken in North America).

With that statement I would unfortunately suggest not doing business with any of the UK retailers (as much as I'd like to see more people with your skis here).

The majority of the "kids" over here are either sponsored by Salomon/Atomic/Armada or they are only looking for cheap skis that will get slung into their parents car and after use get thrown into a cupboard until the following week.

They don't care for their skis and couldn't care less if a lot of hard work went into producing each individual pair.

I suggest "www.sport-conrad.de". They are great supporting more unknown Brands plus they ship anywhere in Europe and they are fucking fast. Please contact them and tell them many People want to buy your products and they will probably be the next ON3P Dealer here. Fingers crossed that i will get my FRs before 2013.

Yeah you should consider sport-conrad.de They have lot's of park ski brands and could allways use some more. Almost everyone I ski with buys skis there and they are very satisfied.
