I have been making sushi for a while now. My friend started working at a local sushi shop so I can get the hookup for that fresh fish. Anyways, one of my favorite rolls is using smoked salmon. Blending sour cream chives and smoked salmon makes a really good paste which can complement the roll. But I usually just go raw with no soy sauce. Only a streak of Sriracha on the inside
