The school is legit, "Selkirk College", worth looking into... There's quite a few artsy programs, such as music, digital arts, and trades programs (offered at other campuses, not the 10th street campus), so the people that the college attracts are, for the most part, really down-to-earth like-minded people. People that want to try a career in something they love before chasing money to the grave.
The SROAM program has a fairy full schedule, with usually 4 spares every 3 weeks or something like that. We also have a un-said 20 cm+ rule, which is fairly common up at whitewater. I've skied 65+ plus days, with multiple touring days, and a cat-skiing experience that was legendary, done while in school, and am doing fairly well in all courses... the school work does take some effort though. I've gone from park-rat to powder-hound, whitewater will change you..
