so i went to a bootfitter who did, as far as i could tell, most of the right things, measured foot, shell fit, left me in it for 15-20mins, wouldnt let me anywhere near full tilts :p. I tryed on lots of boots but a have a pretty wide foot. anyway he said the spk fit best and in the shop it felt great.
Now i made a rookie error and didnt bring my own socks, yes i know im a fucktard, so when i put them on with my medium smartwools they feel great for about 15-25 mins but then my toes start to go fuzy and im losing blood, after an hour skiing on them there super dead and pretty painful to the extent i have to take them off.
I know that this is usually the sign of a to bigger boot being over tightened so i tryed them on there lowest tightening setting, same thing.
So i think its the sock so i try normal cotton socks, same thing. When i have the boot on without buckles done up my foot dosent move around its nicely snugg and i can wiggle my toes.
So basically i think its the socks but before i spend money on the ultra light smartwool i wanted some other opinions. so what is this? does the boot just need to pack out abit? sock? to small boots? badly fit boots?
cheers guys sorry for wall of text!
