Yo yo, coming at you live from beautiful Montreal, Quebec, it's the IF3 update thread! Here to tell you what's been the best and worst of this seasons movies. Today is friday, so I'll recap what has gone down so far:

Movies we've seen:
One Love
Broken Record
On Top of the Hood
Retallack: the Movie
Amimus
Prime Cut
After Dark

I have to say, One Love was a shocker to me, and I really enjoyed it. Not the best filming or riding, but it was a quality flick worth checking out. My boys at Meatheads killed it with an awesome 10th year flick. On Top of the Hood was better than I expected it to be, Sammy C, mad props! After Dark and Broken Record were ok as well, but nothing super amazing (besides some insane performances in After Dark-worth checking out!)

I'll keep you guys posted on tomorrows events, tonights parties, and whatever else goes down!

Holy parker white in eye trip. Today's viewings were so sick, even though we had to carry that painfull hangover haha. Afterparty was mad ballin and watching Weight on the big screen was phenomenal. Thankgod they cranked up the volume for the stept flick.

Well day two has been pretty wild. Last night at the Cali P party, mad reggae was dropped and it was an awesome night. Today I missed the first couple of movies after waking up way too late because of a wild night, but I caught most of the action and this is what I can tell you:

Movies:

Groundwork
Amateur Hour
Frozen Yogourt
Beggin for Change
Weight
Nothing Else Matters
Thats Fine
The Grand Bizarre
Attack of La Nina
Being There

Frozen Yogourt, the first movie I caught of the day, was very sick. NSF won a couple of awards for it, and they deserved it! 4bi9's movie was tight, Timmy McChesney segment alone is worth checking the flick out. Weight was my second favorite movie of the day, I had to admit I had the bar high after Network, but they matched it, and then some! Nothing Else Matters had the SICKEST jump setup for their closing park shoot, and boy was is crazy! I was stoked to see my boy Zac Moxley lose his professional filming virginity in That's Fine, and as always, the volympics was hilarious. The Grand Bizarre takes the cake for my favorite, as well as the judges favorite, movie of the night. LJ Strenio will win best male athlete for his segment in that, calling it now. Attack of La Nina, while a little bit on the long side, is worth the money for Colby James West's segment. And last, but certainly not least, Being There was a great end to the night. Amateur of the Year rider Jesper Tjäder KILLS IT, This 16 year old is tougher than a bull, he definitely deserved his award! Congrats to Kaya Turski for winning best female athlete, the PBP crew for winning best film, and NSP for winning best am flick and am cinematography.

Now I'm off to rock on with Sean Pettit at the rocker party, should be an awesome night!!

Except that kaya did not take best female athlete
it was ingrid backstrom

and boy was that last shotgun in nothing else matter sick !

Dont you wanna know about the new ski training machine too? Best athletes all over the wolrd use it. It's totally awesome, we should all get it, it makes us stronger and more balanced.

and the best shot of the weekend IMO : nose butter double rodeo WHAT (I think it was a rodeo)

 B&E the movie was sick, blew my mind. The editing was on point.

IF3 was insane. Soooo much fun, and everyone killed it this year.
Grand Bizarre was incredible. I really liked Begging for Change as well, great vibes with it. Legs of Steel had the craziest jump shoot as well, gotta check that out.

Rocker Party was fucking awesome. Hell ya to whoever was moshing down there!

Weekend was pretty fucking rowdy.

Highlights include:
-Grand Bizarre
-Being there
-Attack of la nina
-CHUG
-Missing begging for change and weight because we are fucking idiots
-Frozen yogurt
-the half of That's fine that we saw
-KirsaKid passing out at the awards ceremony
-The whole rocker party
-Trying to figure out what happened at the rocker party
-Set your sights park shoot


Oh and BLACKOUT was amazing.

So, we got like 20 people to do the Bernie to the Nordica advertisement up front during the 2nd to last set. We bounced after, was hilarious though. IF3 was a blast, I lost like $6 in the mosh pit though :(
