Help pay my ticket

I received a ticket for a presumed 88mph on the 55mph NY Taconic parkway... everyone was going above 70mph, I just happened to have an out of state plate along with the fact I was traveling to Camp Bisco an the first question I was asking before "do you know why I'm pulling your over?", was "do you have any drugs on you?"

PS pm if you live in ny an have any help with whether to fight or plead guilty for my ticket, since anything over 20mph in the state of ny you have to go to court for, while in ct 30mph over the speed limit is considered reckless driving which is like $800+ ticket along with suspension of license.

nice collection. also i just recently got out of a speeding ticket because my licence plate number on the ticket was smudged/ hard to read but i live in canada so this might not even be helpful. anyway..bump

The officer said I quote "congratulations son you just earned yourself a $675 ticket" but if I plea guilty I hope it will get lowered, however I am more concerned about my license being suspended

I can hire a lawyer to help fight my case, but I'm probably lose since he used a radar an I was indeed above 55 I don't think I was going nearly 88 though.

Don't ask me how much I want, since I want is as much as I can get for each set thus the "bidding routine"...

my friend got a speeding ticket for going 76 in a 50. given he was on his JOL he got his license taken away for 6 months and had to take scarr classes and had to pay all the fines and such around $735. vibes

My fine will cost $265-685 fine + $450 "assessment fee" 8 points (in ny 6+ license gets suspended) but idk how the ny points transfer over to CT since we don't use a point system anymore? In addition court fees an such, I'm probably gonna get a $5-600 fine + $450, since my car even though a grocery getter doesn't look much of it... Though its my first offense in that county so, I'm hoping I can talk them down a little.

That sucks so bad. I once was driving from DC to Iowa (where I live) and a trooper in Pennsylvania wrote me a ticket because I was driving 72mph on a 65mph interstate (and because I had Iowa plates, of course).
I have so much Crowbar stuff right now, otherwise I would buy from you again. Good luck.

i had a sppeeding ticket of 86 in a 40 last month. fought the ticket like crazy and ended upp with nno points of my license, and$ 100 including court fees

Kid your goody, and are over reacting a ton

plea not guilty, show up and youll get like a $100 fine after they lower it as long as your record is good they will pretty much let you off


Im from NY and just got a pulled over in NJ for doing 90 in a 55 work zone following traffic, got out of it to a risk of an accident ticket which was a $62 fine and 0 points, winning

lens has no cracks at all or major scratches just surface lil ones. The strap is no fraying an no stretch marks on it

just for future reference to anyone getting pulled over (you may have done this but i was reading fast and didn't see it mentioned): if the cop says he got you on radar, ALWAYS ask to see the readout from the radar gun for yourself... it is within your rights, and even though they might not like that you are challenging their authority and wasting more of their time, more often than not they either over-exaggerate your speed or make it up entirely based on the pace of other cars before/around you... the best way to do it is to wait until he actually writes the ticket, then ask to see the readout; if it's bogus or even 1mph off of what he wrote-down you're off the hook right there... if the readout matches what he wrote on the ticket, the next best question you can ask is "how can you be 100% certain that this speed readout came from my car and not from any of the other cars surrounding me in close-quarters?" or "is it illegal to speed-up to make a pass around someone?"... this is all assuming you don't have any drugs in the vehicle, and even if you're clean it's always a good idea to ask these questions with as little attitude as possible... and if you do have drugs on you, PUT THAT SHIT IN YOUR UNDERWEAR BEHIND YOUR BALLS BEFORE YOU GET TO THE SHOULDER, SAY "THANK-YOU SIR YOU'VE DONE A WONDERFUL JOB," AND EAT THE TICKET... i've gotten out of quite a few jams this way, some cops won't give a fuck what the readout says and give you the ticket anyway but if you keep your cool, know your rights, and be courteous/respectful, you're chances of getting off will be better next time around... i have mad respect for cops that actually get real shit done but some of these schmucks with radar guns are as valuable to a community as a meter-maid... sorry for trolling but i always wished i would have known these things as a teenager, it would've saved me a lot of money a lot earlier... good luck in court dude

Thanks for this nit bit of info... the cop was a dick to begin with coming with a asshole/sarcastic tone to me, so I wasn't really in the mood to argue suprizingly. I was more concerned about getting to bisco in time

Anywho. You should've red the blues are SOLD, I also WILL NOT rearrange the crowbars to fit your suited taste in style, You can buy w/e crowbars you want an rearrange the parts after you have bought them.
