It's not and MMORPG though. There is no storyline, it's pure pvp. I play both, and League is fun for it's own reasons.

But yah WoW has lore behind it but it isn't like you have to follow it and give a shit about it. I don't think I have ever read any of the quest text or ever followed any lore in WoW. And I guarantee you the pvp in WoW is a billion times better than the shit in LoL. And there are about 10x as many people who play WoW..aka more people to kill.

Wtf, are you serious? WoW has the worst pvp ever. "Hey look this guy has better equipment and can kill you with 1 hit. It's only about the equipment. Also the combat system doesn't require any skill or whatsoever. And if you play with random people, everyone only cares about themselve instead of playing as a team. Most of the time they're too dumb to shit. But that's the same in lol to be fair.
I'm not saying WoW is a bad game, but the pvp system is rubbish.

You're trying to compare an MMORPG to a game that is completely unlike it in every aspect. It's like trying to compare juice to coke. Yeah, they're both liquids...

All of your arguments are completely invalid. So more people play WoW? Cool. Spanning over how many servers? And of that, split in half so you can only kill the other faction. Oh and wait, if you're not on a PvP server you can't kill ANYONE? Unless they're flagged. Which nobody ever is on a PvE server.

And PvP in WoW is so broken. There is no class balance and frankly they haven't come out with a good new battleground in 3 expansions. The playstyles are completely different, WoW has battlegrounds and arenas, where LoL is arena based with minions and turrets and bases. Have you ever even played League of Legends? No obviously not because you're making baseless assumptions about the game.

And I don't even see why WoW having lore is relevant? They both have lore? Only lore nerds read that shit anyway. Who gives a fuck.

You are the one who brought up a storyline...lore = storyline..hurr durr.

Also who wants to get ganked when they are doing dailies or trying to farm mats. That shit is no fun even though I do play on a PvP server and love to to that shit to other people but than they usually get their buddies and than it gets even more fun. And obviously if you are into PvP you are going to play on a PvP server unless you are completely fucking retarded.

I agree there is some class balancing issues but I haven't played since Wrath so I don't know if it has changed at all but if you are good enough at playing your class than you can hold your own against the most OP person.

And to you and the person above you...Have you ever even played arena in WoW past a 1600 rating? That shit is fucking hard and takes ridiculous coordination and teamwork. And there are now rated BGs so you can work with your friends and it isn't just people not working as a team.

Also to the person saying it is all about gear...no fucking shit. Why would you want to start out with all the badass shit and not have to work for anything. Sorry you aren't given free epics so you can faceroll with no skill at all. At high gear levels WoW is all about skill and using cooldowns when you are supposed to just ask anyone who has ever played arena at higher ratings. Shit is not easy and defiantly is based 90% on skill and 10% on gear.

Sorry I obviously offended your amazing PvP game. I will continue to not play WoW and not play LoL.

Also if I wanted to play a game with shitty graphics and a terrible UI I will stick to Mickey's Magic Castle Adventure.
