Boys, tomato wrap, cream cheese spread on wrap, grate carrot, slice cucumber, grate cheese put these on wrap. Put ranch, Italian and mustard on top of them, wrap it and enjoy.
May sound disgusting but it's great.

At Subway I get honey oat with turkey and provolone toasted, then I get lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, olives, oil, and salt and pepper. It is terrific.

going from the bottom up:

slice of whole wheat bread
spread some mayo
two slices of ham
two slices of turkey
slice of whole wheat bread
a few pieces of lettuce
two slices of tomato
three pieces of bacon
spread more mayo
slice of whole wheat bread
diagonally cut into two pieces
pour giant glass of milk
enjoy lunch

two disgustly great snacks I used to make:

open bun, pepperoni on the bottom one, throw in toaster oven or oven on broil. Remove when buns are toasted. add diced hardboiled egg whites, hot sauce, and italian seasoning.

Melt pepperjack cheese on wrap in microwave, add chicken tenders, fries, diced hardboiled egg whites, fire-ranch (hot sauce & ranch mix), lettuce, tomato, jalapenos.

This minus the ham is sooo good. I substitute the pesto for oil and vinegar sometimes, too. But my go-to sandwich is whole wheat bread, turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard, and pickles. Oh, and if I dont feel like that, grilled cheese with tomato is delicious. So is nutella, peanut buttrr, honey, and banannas. (Sorry, I'm in college, I have sandwiches a lot.)
