Colby West on Elan skis?

Last night at a park city rail jam colby was skiing with jacab and jossi and he had Elan skis, but with a spray painted gray topsheet.  I search barred but couldn't find anything on it.  Maybe he broke his coreupts and had to spray paint some other skis to get by?

I heard that he got a full ride with elan.

Skis, bindings, boots, outerwear, helmets and gogs. He is single handidly bringing back the brand.

ok so i have elan skis they are like ks domains and i looovvee theemmmmmm. like so playful. super stable. haven't jibbed much but still dope. Elan and dalbello are the same company as well. Elan uses there own binding and you cant buy a ski flat easily.

Unless I missed something when I was looking over their skis they dont make anything symmetrical. That doesn't seem smart to me.

i agree the new elan skis have improved a great deal. but as far as dalbello and elan being the same company that is incorrect they use the same US import facility in NH but one is made in Italy and the other is like uzbekistan or something

whats the model name? thats interesting never knew about elan doin rockered stuff...I currently have the new silencers...rocker is awesome..maybe ill look into elan down the road

elan and dalbello ended their U.S. distribution agreement this year in a rather public embarrassment for elan

but hey - money talks, and elan desperately needs more skiers on their brand... chris laker is good but he isn't ready to be the face of a ski brand

Looks like he is rocking the elan puzzles with the spray painted top sheet. Most sponsored riders aren't going to spray paint the skis of a company they are sponsored by. Probably in between companies right now.

Don't know if Elan is pressing CoreUpts ski's. Elan presses for a lot of companies that kids here think are "legit" manufacturers.
But they could be proto's using whatever base material was laying around. Just a thought.
