What is the difference between a GoPro HD and ContourHD

I have a Contour HD, I don't have a helmet mount for it so I mostly attach it to the goggle strap. Which can lead to some fairly shakey shots. Overall the film quality is decent, can be a bit shitty in flat light. 

Most of my friends have GO Pro HDs and to be honest I think the quality of the shots is far superior to the Contour. In my opinion I would go with the Go Pro HD.

thanks and k+ to both... whats the mount thing where you are able to use a pole to film.. im thinking a handle bar mount?

Yes, I use a handlebar mount for mounting it to a pole. But like pretty much all gopro mounts, there is a lot of room for improvisation, you can always make your own mount in some way or another ;)

You could maybe use some tape and plastic bits to make a platform for the adhesive mount..

yeah that could work.. im even thinking of cutting a pole then screwing a tripod mount thing into it

Hmm, interesting.. If you do that please make a post or pm me some pics! I reckon I'm just gonna cut and old pole down and use that with the handlebar mount though (since I've already coughed up the money for it)
