I bought fools gold like 2 minutes ago hit the link to download, my browser crashed and when i got back too the page it said 0 download remanning.
could you have unlimited download on the movie for like 2 days so i can download it?

If you haven't been able to find the download link, or need to download again because it failed, here are the steps
- Got to the NS Store
- Click "My Account" in the Store Nav Bar, near the upper right
- Log as a Returning Customer in if you aren't already
- Click View next to the Order in your Recent Orders table
- The download link should appear near the bottom of the order page, just above the Back button
* Make sure to select Save As if prompted

Right after you buy, there is a link to download the video but I don't think its clearly displayed well enough. We'll work with that to make sure it functions for you.
We're extremely excited to offer digital downloads to the smaller companies, so thanks for your understanding as we get this sorted out.

You could just have a straight download button.
Mine just brings me to a only version of the movie with no way of downloading it.

This seemed to be a problem for people using macs or IE on windows 7 machines. We've since implemented a solution, just a few of the early orders are affected.
