Im looking for a point and shoot video camera in the $300 range. im new to filming and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

as stated above, go to the what camera thread, but if youre just looking for something easy that can take pictures and video that is a point and shoot sort of camera with pretty good quality, go pro is your best bet
