take em to your local shop, they should have a grip remover and a pipe cutter, both of which work 1000x better than anything you could do with whatever you have at home and a hacksaw.
For anybody who has skied 2011 T-Halls: I flexed them the other day, and the tip and tail were really soft, which i like. underfoot felt stiff, too, which is good, but how do they ski? i know that B-Dog seems to really bash em around, and go pretty big. Does the butteryness affect jump performance at all? and are they actually buttery? basically just a quick overview would be awesome, im really looking at trying to buy this year's cheap at some point, or get a shop deal on next years.
