My new house (mega claim)

early in the year one of the biggest companys in australia went pretty much broke a $40 share became a 50 cent share, the changed some stuff around i put about $30 000 and after a few weeks it came up a bit and i made a bunch of money. so i bought a new car, new camera gear but most awesome of all i just bought a house.

house party is in the works, so if anyone is in the byron lennox area (prob a long shot) drop me a line, pretty hard to piss the neighbors off the closest house is 5 mins away.

there from LJ hooker (aus main real estate guys)
only moved in last week so still unpacking and setting stuff up. just have my studio up so i can work.

the 6 mill was with a few other investments, i sold my other place in sydney and my apartment in melbourne
the aus stock market is going insane right now.
China is paying stupid amounts for all our iron ore which is pushing all the mining companies through the roof.

the break is amazing, and so close to places like kirra and supertubes.

i snapped two boards on the same day last month, was in NZ and all i had wasa fish and a semi fish in 6ft dumpy reef break, not a great idea.
