I was going to write an interview about leigh but it really didn't turn out and it has been sitting on my computer for a month now. So, here is a wee tidbit and maybe you guys will understand why the interview never was published.

Tom: Who is Leigh Powis?

Leigh: Leigh Powis is a badass- the black demon.

Tom: How did you get invited to the ski bowl photo shoot?

Leigh: I don’t know really… Icelantic and Jeff Thomas got me on the shoot.

Tom: How long have you been skiing?

Leigh: About three and a half years.

Tom: How did you get into skiing?

Leigh: My parents moved to whistler a few years ago and I saw rails and thought it looked fun. I’m pure bred.

Tom: What does pure bred mean?

Leigh: I’m thug to the bone.

first time i heard of him was like 2 summers ago i was watching youtube videos and i came across his channel. it was all parkour. i watched one of his video and he stood on top of a tree and double backfliped to flat. i showed all my friends and remembered it when he started appearing in edits. kids so talented. could do what ever he wants

i said, "sounds good," and thought, "hope this park shoot doesn't turn out to have 35 million kids hucking."

turns out, the park shoot was incredible and Leigh ended up being one of the top performers. so glad to have met him. kids real good!
