unfortunately, i did send him what he was buying--a bad lieutenant helmet. i coudlnt use paypal at the time so we were going to put everything in the mail at the same time. i know that was kinda dumb--so don't go flaming me or anything--but i had done business with many other NS members before and everytime it had worked flawlessly.
