X Games is back in Aspen, and they’re shaking things up this winter with a new street-style event at Copper Mountain, set for December 20-21, 2024. It’s all part of a fresh partnership between X Games and U.S. Ski & Snowboard and definitely isn't a copy of the same event, at the same venue, at Dew Tour.

X Games Aspen 2025

For the 24th year running, X Games Aspen returns to Buttermilk Mountain from January 23-25, 2025. Expect some of the top names in skiing and snowboarding to go head-to-head in Superpipe, Slopestyle, Big Air, Knuckle Huck, and Street Style. Both men's and women’s comps are in the lineup, and of course, there’ll be live music each night, with performers announced soon.

X Games Street Style Pro @ Copper Mountain

The new Street Style Pro event will hit Copper Mountain December 20-21, alongside the Toyota U.S. Grand Prix. The street-style comp under the lights adds some extra heat to the daytime halfpipe events. The Dec. 20 session will see U.S. Rev Tour riders vying for a place in the pro final on Dec. 21.

Winners from both the street style and halfpipe contests will snag automatic invites to X Games Aspen 2025. The event is free for anyone who wants to check it out, and it’ll also be live-streamed on xgames.com.
