It's not every day that a room full of people cheer for women's skis and snowboards, so it was a pretty special moment for Coalition Snow's CEO and founder Jen Gurecki as she presented Coalition Snow during a small business pitch competition at the Nevada Governer's Business Conference. Not only did she receive cheers and applause - She won.
In front of a panel of entrepreneurs and leaders including Nevada Lt. Gov. Mark Hutchison, Gurecki highlighted the buying power of women in the snow sports industry against the lack of high performance gear being offered specifically for female athletes.
