This past weekend Orage and our stacked team of pro’s headed

to Calgary Alberta in the Canadian Rockies to show our support for one of the

busiest film festivals in skiing today. With the industry’s hottest pros from

all over the continent stopping by to show their support it’s apparent that we’re

apart of something good.

Although the event started Thursday night, things really got

heated with the Orage After School Special on Friday. With a few hundred kids

lining up out the door waiting for autographs there was no question that Orage athletes

TJ Schiller, Michelle Parker and JP Auclair would have their hands (or in this

case just hand) full. After kids received the athletes autographs they were

photographed in the Orage photo room and shown into the theatre for Plehouse’s

film SAVE and Theory 3’s PNW. Once the films ended the show wasn’t over and

Orage’s team jumped up on stage and threw out loads of prizing including an

Orage ski suit, Orage t-shirts, Orage hats and about 1000 stickers.

The weekend was a huge success, not only for us but for all

those involved and a big shout out goes to Steve and Sarah Saranchuk of Fresh

Sports who have dedicated the last five years to the Freshtival concept. They

were the ultimate hosts and even through some exciting moments were able to

make everyone’s experience the best it could have been.
