Welcome to the seventh Style Showdown of the season. Style Showdown works to provide up-and-coming skiers with exposure, as well as highlight the best videos posted to NS every week.

You vote for your favorite skier, and the winner gets their edit posted to Newschoolers' social media channels.

This week is a little bit different. We noticed two dope crews with similar styles, and wanted to give them a chance to battle it out.

First up is the Finnish crew "JVS", releasing an upbeat edit filmed at Ruka and Ounasvaara. Shot between October and December, the edit features skiing from Ailo Riponiemi, Vesa Vahlqvist, Aleksanteri Nampajarvi, Aatu Jurvelin and Perttu Peltola.

Next up is 4WEST, dropping their first crew edit from Rabbit Hill in Alberta, Canada. Much like JVS's edit, this one is packed with fisheye-filmed trendy tricks. 4WEST features skiing from Mark Valtr, Ryan Kennedy, and Matt Martin.
