Last Fall was really hard for me after my head injury, as I thought that my life as a professional skier was totally over. But this Fall, I see that it's not, and that it's actually far from over!

Back on skis!

I was initially given really dark predictions by my doctors; that I would never ski again, wouldn't walk for two years, would have to stay in bed and not be able to live a normal life.

But I walked (with support) after three months, and ended up skiing after 11 last spring! This Fall my mother and little brothers decided to make a pre-season trip to Hintertux, Austria, so I decided to go with them!

Big thanks to the Leitner family, who hooked me up with accommodation and food in their hotel so I could get back out there.
