West Coast Session 8 continued today at Mt. Hood with an all-day session in the terrain parks of Timberline Ski Area. Even with four days of uninterrupted film and photo shooting on the schedule, the hungry WCS crew wasted no time getting down to work on the first film day of the session.
Intermittent snowfall and clouds kept the day’s action to Timberline’s medium and large parks, especially two challenging features constructed just for WCS: the “SDFD” rail and the wallride plaza. With riders getting bolder on these features each day throughout the week, it’s a fair guess that the big tricks are only starting to come out.
With better weather on the horizon, eyes now turn towards the attention-catching WCS signature feature built in cooperation with Destoy Labs. As soon as the clouds clear it’ll be time to go big!
