Dear NS,

The staff here at Newschoolers.com would like to take the time to wish each and every single one of you and all of your families Happy Holidays and a very Merry Christmas.

Although it was a late start to the season this year, we're happy to see and hear that the good ol' powdery white stuff that we all know and love and that has brought this amazing community of people together is now blanketing our local hills coast-to-coast and worldwide.

So with all the snow that's finally here, be sure to pry yourself away from last-minute shopping at the malls, cheek-pinching grandmas, drunken uncles, snooping to see if your folks got you a new set of skis (or something from the NS Store!), and eating all the cookies Mom has made (you've got to save some for Santa!) for some time on the slopes now that the 08/09 season has officially begun.

This last year has been NS' best ever, and none of it would have been possible without you, our loyal members and readers...so from the bottom of our hearts, thank-you, and we hope you have a great holiday season.
