The new Pivot has everything you loved about the original Pivot, but you know... better. It might be sacrilege but (just kidding, it's definitely sacrilege) there are actually small flaws with the old Pivot. Well, really there was one big one to be honest, a lack of adjustment. Forget swapping skis with your homie, you could barely have two different boots of your own and run Pivots. The new model comes with twice as much adjustment making it way easier to live with. You can now have, for example, a regular boot and a touring boot and ride the same ski (double bonus for CAST users).
And then for the cavemen among us who stomp out of their skis using the bases to release the binding, well that old heel housing had a tendency to break. The new Pivot fixes that too with extra protection to avoid any unplanned surprises. Oh and for ski techs (and you know, semi-competent humans who set up our own shit) the heel DIN is now adjusted with a normal pozidriv screwdriver, so you don't need to constantly swap out when setting up your sticks.
Aside from that it's pretty much the same old Pivot, AKA the best binding on the market. Just better and bluer, with a colorway even Mugatu couldn't handle. Look are also coming through with some promotional bangers that are all worth a watch...
